View the membership brochure here. Print the form, complete your information with membership level, and mail with a check made out to Friends of Omaha Public Library (FOPL), to P.O. Box 6032, Omaha, NE 68106.

2.  Sign up to become an FOPL member and pay by credit card through PayPal.
