The Friends of OPL will honor the authors of winning stories for the 2019 Virginia Frank Memorial Writing Contest. First, second and third place winners in grades 5-8 will receive their cash prizes, and first place winners will read their stories. Guest speaker Tonya Kuper will join in celebrating young talent in our community.
